First of all let me bore you with some facts.

Women hold 50% of all professional jobs in the US.
34% of the 50% only make it to middle management.
14% make it to executive positions.
4% make it to CEO.

The 4% in CEO position is less than even I expected. So why do women struggle to reach passed middle management?
